Its aromas go perfectly with raw fish and oysters, but it can also be combined with fresh vegetables. Recommended pairing: tuna tartare.
Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut combines Glera 90%, with Pinot Noir 10%. The noble red vine is kept on must for a certain period, to extract scents and colors, giving some light pink nuances to the wine. Production process sees a maturation of 90 days in pressure tanks. Its perlage is thin, elegant and persistent and expresses best in the pink color. On the nose it reveals notes of roses, fresh wild fruits and wild strawberries. Its structure is good, balanced and sapid.
