This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced by the award-winning Anakena winemaking team from some of the best vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. Following fermentation, all in stainless steel, the resultant wine was rested, again in stainless steel, for a couple of months giving the wine it’s crisp, fresh nature.
