Chimay Blanche, also known as The Chimay Triple, is a Belgian Trappist strong blond ale, with fruity touches of Muscat grapes, raisins, ripe apples and spicy taste, balanced beautifully with bitterness and hop aromas. Pouring golden in colour, Chimay Blanche hails from Chimay Trappist brewery in the Belgian municipality of Chimay and dates back to 1966. Chimay Blanche is best savoured fresh at a temperature of from 6 to 8°C and perfectly paired when served with a cheese platter, grapes and charcuterie.
