This island rocket amaro was invented by Ischia Sapori, the first liquor factory in Ischia and still the only one that produces locally. It owes its characteristic unique taste to the infusion of over thirty secret ingredients and to the use of wild rocket that grows on the island of Ischia, Procida and Ventotene with incredible abundance. A particular aroma and a marked and strong flavour are obtained from the leaves. Rucolino can be served either iced or at temperature, and is loved by barmen for the preparation of unique cocktails, to wet sweets, sorbets, semifreddo and also to correct the coffee.
