Brixton Gin includes local ingredients such as honey from nearby apiary, Brixton Bees! Juniper and citrus are combined with some more unusual botanicals – wood violets and hibiscus are also in the mix for a wonderfully floral twist on a classic London Dry Gin. The bottle has some fabulous drawings on the label, including a well dressed gentleman in a carriage, being pulled by a zebra – we love seeing these traditional Zebra Taxis whenever we’re in the Brixton area! This should be very adaptable for all of your favourite gin serves – makes an ideal G&T.
