Pothecary Gin was created with a passion for organic, handcrafted, artisan produce. After many months of research, and tasting, Martin Jennings elected to use the less common process of distilling each botanical separately, and then blending them together before dilution, which yields incomparable, high quality aromas and flavours, creating an exciting gin that’s both well- balanced and refreshingly individual.

Pothecary Gin hails from Dorset and includes unusual botanicals including lavender, mulberries and Polish tilia flowers. A herbal and very floral gin.

• Wild juniper from Bulgaria
• Organic black mulberries from Anatolia
• Organic lemons from Sicily
• Wild foraged tilia flowers from Poland

Nose: Thyme honey and lavender. Soft orange, with a touch of white chocolate.

Palate: Spicy juniper at the fore, followed by raspberries and plenty of floral freshness.

Finish: Mouthwatering citrus, sherbet and more juicy raspberry.
