A white blend consisting of 69% Sauvignon Blanc and 31% Semillon. The vines are both trellised and bush vines planted in Sandstone & Granite soils around the Western Cape. Whole bunch pressed and underwent spontaneous fermentation. Great to drink now and over the next 8 to 10+ years.
Savage wines, by Duncan Savage: part of the new wave of South African winemakers using artisanal, minimal intervention methods to create elegant, modern wines. Grapes are sourced from small, unique parcels of land in maritime and high altitude areas around the Western Cape.
