Aged in American Oak Barrels for eight weeks. Short aging helps preserve the firm and intense agave flavour.
Smell: Bouquet of gala apples, pear, vanilla, caramel, white pepper and slightly smoky agave. Butter, Clove and sandalwood will appear after some decanting time has passed.
Taste: Slightly smoked pepper, caramel, cocoa, walnut and hazelnut, Soft and spacious palate finish.
