      NOSE – Classic Sherry nose, intriguing complex.

      PALATE – Incredibly clean, amazingly tangy. Sherry and creamy barley, hints of gingerbread and nutty chocolate.

      FINISH – Very, very long and complex finish, oak-rich, hints of smoke, cocoa, buttery…absolutely wonderful.
