- Whilst most of Johnny Neill’s inspiration for his gins comes from his ancestors intrepid exploits abroad, this Rhubarb & Ginger Gin harks from fond memories made slightly closer to home. Post-war, the Whitley Family, now settled into rural England near Daresbury, cultivated their garden with thrilling flavours, serving as inspiration for both the table and indeed their experimentation with new Gins.
- Rhubarb & Ginger has become a firm favourite among the Whitley Neill range. The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.

- Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Liquorice, Sweet Orange, Lemon, Ginger and Rhubarb.
- Best enjoyed by filling a highball glass with cubed ice, add 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, then top with 100ml premium Tonic Water. Stir well and garnish with a thin slice of ginger and a wedge of lemon.
